چکیده

Abstract The cosmic distance relation (DDR) associates the angular diameters ( ) and luminosity D_L by a simple formula, i.e., = (1+z)^2D_A . strongly lensed gravitational waves (GWs) provide unique way to measure simultaneously GW source, hence they can be used as probes test DDR. In this study, we investigated use of events from future Einstein Telescope We assumed possible deviation DDR (1+z)^2D_A/D_L \eta(z) , considered two different parametrizations namely, \eta_1(z) 1+\eta_0 z \eta_2(z) z/(1+z) Numerical simulations showed that, with about 100 observed ET, parameter \eta_0 was constrained at 1.3% 3% levels for first second parametrizations, respectively.

Gravitational Waves from Cosmic Strings

Gravitational waves from cosmic strings are generated in the first fractions of a second after the Big Bang, potentially providing a unprecedented probe of the early universe. We discuss the key dynamical processes underlying calculations of the stochastic background produced by a string network and we detail the parameter dependencies of the resulting spectral density Ωgr(f). The present const...

Detection of Gravitational Waves from Gravitationally Lensed Systems

It is accepted that quasars are powered by supermassive black holes (SMBH) with masses in the range 10 − 10M in their cores. Occasionally, compact stars can plunge into SMBH. In addition, there may be a number of such compact objects circling the central SMBH in any given quasar. Both of these processes are known to emit gravitational waves. LISA has the right sensitivity to detect these waves....

Cosmic strings and strings in gravitational waves

We consider strings with the Nambu action as extremal surfaces in a given space-time, thus, we ignore their back reaction. Especially, we look for strings sharing one symmetry with the underlying space-time. If this is a non-null symmetry, the problem of determining the motion of the string can be dimensionally reduced. We get exact solutions for the following cases: straight and circle-like st...

Gravitational Waves and Light Cosmic Strings

Gravitational wave signatures from cosmic strings are analyzed numerically. Cosmic string networks form during phase transistions in the early universe and these networks of long cosmic strings break into loops that radiate energy in the form of gravitational waves until they decay. The gravitational waves come in the form of harmonic modes from individual string loops, a “confusion noise” from...
